We will guide you through a full day of activities designed to align your mind, body, and spirit, from yoga and martial arts animal flow to meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. Enjoy the vibrant energy of sugar skull face painting, art vendors, and fire spinning. All culminating in an ecstatic dance and toning circle to end the evening in powerful unity.

Event Schedule:

11:30 AM – 12:22 PM: Arrival / Settle In
Ease into the space and prepare your mind and body for a transformative experience.

12:22 PM – 12:45 PM: Martial Arts Animal Flow
Instructor: Master Victor
Experience the world of Martial Arts Animal Flow, focusing on breath and mobility in this dynamic warm-up. Embrace the animal within you.

12:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Yin & Yang Yoga
Instructor: Ella
This class is designed to bring balance back into your body, and mind, through asana and breath. The first half of the class consists of a Yang, or an active sequence, to warm up the muscles, and lubricate the joints; while the second half of the class incorporates Yin postures, for deep stretches, and openings, to release, renew, and restore.

2:22 PM – 3:00 PM: Breathwork & Meditation
Facilitator: Master Victor
Explore the power of breath allowing your emotions and mind to clear. We then transition into a deep introspection to unlock inner peace and focus through guided meditation.

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Yoga Nidra
Instructor: Ella
Yoga Nidra translates to ‘yogic sleep’ or deep rest, and relaxation. You will be guided through a body scan, along with the awareness of your breath, and any physical sensations present. While you may fall asleep, the intention is to be relaxed, yet awake and aware.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Dinner
Facilitator: Caroline
Enjoy a nourishing meal in community, celebrating the harvest and the cycle of life with traditional and mindful dishes.
