Fall Equinox Shake, Release, and Heal Ceremony on September 22nd at 6:30 PM
This event is meant to bring your dreams to life. We’ve spent time putting our seeds in the dirt. The fruit is ripe. Let’s pick, it eat, and become stronger to bring forth our dreams.
This seminar is to bring about flow, release, mindfulness, and healing. Well finish with a fire ceremony to bring in warmth. Connecting with the calmness and joy within. Move your body bringing in warmth. Embodying the animals as we help increase mobility and muscle activation. We’ll gently transfer to a yang style stretching that slowly bring us to a deeper breath work. Transitioning into meditation to align our minds and bodies to receive our soul. We then manifest through the fire. Bring about changes we seek.
