Join us for a transformative experience at our **Holistic Martial Arts Healing Seminar**. This unique event is designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit through the integration of martial arts, calisthenics, yin stretching, breathwork, meditation, and the therapeutic benefits of contrasting temperature therapy.

Event Schedule:

BJJ Open Mat (Optional for Early Arrivals): 12PM to 2PM – Open to event participants only.Kick off your day with an invigorating session of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This open mat session is perfect for practitioners of all levels to roll, practice techniques, and connect with fellow BJJ enthusiasts.

– Official Event Start at 2PM –

Taekwondo/Muay Thai and Calisthenics Training: 2PM – 3PM – Engage in a dynamic and energizing blend of Taekwondo and Muay Thai. This session focuses on striking techniques, fluid movements, and powerful kicks, complemented by calisthenics to enhance strength and flexibility. Use this time to release built-up energy and tension, freeing your body and mind.

Yin Stretching: 3PM – 4PM – Transition into a gentle yet deep stretching routine aimed at lengthening muscles and relieving tension. Yin stretching focuses on the deeper connective tissues, promoting flexibility and a sense of inner peace.

Breathwork: 4PM – 4:30 PM – Delve into the art of conscious breathing. This session will guide you through various breathing techniques designed to oxygenate your body, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity.

Meditation: 4:30 PM – 5:00 pm – Transition into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Guided meditation will help you calm your mind, center your thoughts, and cultivate a sense of bliss and tranquility, leaving you feeling as fluid and serene as wind and water.

Optional Ice Bath then Hot Tub: Conclude the seminar with an optional ice bath followed by a hot tub session. This contrast therapy helps to invigorate the body, improve circulation, and promote recovery, providing a refreshing and revitalizing end to your holistic journey.

What to Bring:

– Meditation cushion or bench
– Blanket
– Yoga mat or rug
