Just how we must create a strong foundation within ourselves, this also applies for our government. We’ve allowed it to be corrupted and we must now address the issues at it’s core. The Band-Aids don’t work. This is a brief incomplete audit of the U.S. financial, military, and health systems that we’ve been reliant on. It integrates data and moral clarity to reveal the engineered systems controlling our society. How a small group can control all of us. You watch it in movies, read it in books, read about it in history books. Now open your eyes to what’s here.
This is a small taste. Let’s begin.
—
Part I: The Military-Industrial Complex (MIC)
Budget & Scale
FY2024 defense budget: ~$842 billion (51% of discretionary spending).
Black budget: ~$80β100 billion annually.
U.S. military spending exceeds the next 10 countries combined. We’ve known this. We’ve all been like yay, we control things, Merica. Oh, the ignorance.
An audit has been done of our military. There are billions unaccounted for. We dont even know. The leaders don’t even know how many bases we have as had to rely on a YouTubers creation to plot their locations. Truly professional. The ball is so big no bag can hold it.
Mechanism of Control
Constant fear narratives sustain funding. Trillions of non stop weapons flowing from the U.S. to create conflicts to enforce this message.
Endless foreign interventions create perpetual conflict and trauma economies. Look at how people are thinking about the proposed solutions.
Defense contractors funnel billions into Congress to ensure continuous budget growth. This is a large issue with lobbying and circle hiring. Its an unchecked perpetual loop.
Systemic Waste
F-35 program: $1.7 trillion lifetime cost, plagued with failures. Modifying and existing plane to funnel more money to these contractors.
Overseas bases (~750): $20β30 billion annual cost. Transportation, Maintenance, Housing, Security, and the endless list to maintain this infrastructure we don’t even fully know how big it is.

Part II: The Medical-Pharmaceutical Complex
Costs & Monopolies
U.S. healthcare spending: ~$4.5 trillion/year (~18% of GDP).
Social Security & Medicare: ~$2.5 trillion/year combined.
Medical debt: Largest cause of bankruptcy in the U.S. – Yall have heard this. One illness or accident away from looking forward to being bankrupt or in debt. What kind of society have we created?
Mechanism of Control
Pharma companies spend more on marketing and lobbying than research. They dont want to cure you, they want you dependent.
Patent monopolies drive life-saving drug price hikes (e.g., insulin up 1200% since 1996). An inhaler for our cat costs $250. The price with a coupon, $120. An epipen costs $300 or more dollars rather than…$35. They dont want us to live, they want our money.
Regulatory capture through revolving doors (e.g., FDA heads to pharma boards). This creates a cycle where the government is working for the profit of these companies.
Food System Ties
Industrial ag subsidies ($30B/year) fuel ultra-processed food addiction. Includes subsidies for farms and logging operations on public lands.
True regenerative farmers receive minimal support. Knowledge and methods are suppressed and made taboo. If the food we eat isn’t healthy, our minds and bodies will follow. We must treasure the wealth of nature on our planet and learn to grow with it instead of forcing her. Ex. Permaculture

Part III: The Financial-Oligarchic Complex
Wealth Extraction
Top 0.1% control wealth equal to bottom 90% combined. They’re also responsible for the majority of pollution, suffering, misleading, and corruption. They look down on you from a place of greed. The disconnect with society is real, they think they earned to be rich and everyone who is poor just doesn’t work hard enough.
$600 billion/year lost to tax loopholes and offshore evasion. That’s only what we can scope, imagine what’s gone missing unnoticed.
Consolidation of corporations, increasing home prices, and prices of goods and resources without a pay raise to the work force in years has ripped the wealth from the middle class. The rich are richer. The poor are poorer.
Mechanism of Control
Debt cycles: medical, food chain, housing, student loans ensure lifelong compliance.
Market crashes and manipulation systematically wipe out middle-class wealth, concentrating power.
Controlling media narrative redirects blame and distracts masses from the true issues. The hand at play working in the background the weasel in more control devices. Further withering freedom and instilling suppression until here we are. Have you had enough?
Media Capture
Six corporations control 90% of U.S. media.
Narrative engineering promotes fear, division, and consumerism. We are focused on wanting more things to feed the machine rather than sustaining our lives. We’ve forgotten how to learn and apply truth and have given our power to the government. An organization that has sworn to protect us. Its time we unite and show our real power. Let’s remember that whats happening now is not constitutional and this system we live in was never meant to be this way. We have the power to change that.

Part IV: The Engineered Cage
Integrated Mechanism
Health: Chronic disease keeps populations dependent on pharma. Foundational life changes aren’t easy and most healing methods discredited, inaccessible, or made taboo to prevent actual healing. Who can focus on whats going on if they can barely put bread in their mouth or walk to go to the bathroom.
Food: Subsidized junk food fuels metabolic disorders. Over farmed land creates nutrient lacking crops that reduce our health and the lands fertility.
Fear: Military narratives justify violence and surveillance. We’re not safe and anyone who thinks differently is the enemy. Including true innovation and those who contest the narrative. We see them being silenced.
Debt: Financial systems trap generations into compliance. Keeping few in control and many working without a proper way to live a balanced life. Only a promise. A chance. There is no cake, just drink the Kool-aid.
Spiritual & Sovereign Costs
Suppression of creative potential. We rob our kids and adults of their creativity. We steal the appreciation, the expression, the connection. Through societal judgements and monetization of sacred art forms we become cold.
Ecological devastation. Devastation.
Erosion of spiritual sovereignty and community resilience. This one frightens the elite the most. Our ability to come together and take back our power. The fact those getting deported now have more indigenous relations to this land. That we will wake up as a giant who was sleeping.

Part V: Solutions β Radical Structural Integrity
Decentralize Food & Health
End industrial ag subsidies. Replace those with sustainable permaculture farms. Fund educational programs to teach farmers on why and how this is important.
Nationalize or regulate pharma patents. The current system allows big pharma to own the world. Ex. Monsanto
Fund community holistic health centers. These include permaculture in urban and rural areas, yoga, meditation, breathwork, martial arts, fine arts, ceremonies and other proven methods of healing. Not the watered down stuff. The true healing. Having Integrity in establishing this is important so we don’t get McDojangs or more corruption in teaching. This education is critical and essential.
Slash Military Budget
Cut 50β70% of defense spending. Close overseas bases, abolish black budgets. We’ve made a lot of bases for intimidation and control. This country has tried to control rather than support and accept others. Rather than working with our fellow humans, weve exploited them. A large majority of our spending is just sustaining these bases and conflicts that have no need to exist. We need to build trust, support one another, and then we will learn what it really means to flourish.
Break Financial Oligarchy
Repeal Citizens United. We cannot have millions of dollars spent on elections. How will we ever get the diamond in the rough. We’ll only get old white men with money–Donald Trump. Debates? What happened to those. Oh yeah, it’s who can get more ads.
Tax capital gains as income. You’re making money off your money and staying rich, well let’s recycle that back into the system.
Cancel or restructure medical and student debts. Do we really need to explain this. Health and education should be two basic human rights. Learn what you want and be healthy. Live long and prosper.
Reclaim Media & Education
Support independent journalism. This corrupt media outlet propaganda machine is unmanageable. We need truth and clarity.
Redesign education to emphasize sovereignty, creativity, and ecological stewardship.

These budget figures, tax data, pharma pricing, contractor waste, media concentration can be found below for references.
Specific hidden agendas and classified military expenditures (strong patterns but incomplete documentation) keep us from seeing the real picture. We know there is an iceberg being hidden and it’s time the power and knowledge came to the people. Not a small group of unelected individuals.

Final Synthesis: The Dirty Truth
The U.S. system is designed to maintain a triad of control:
1. Military fear β 2. Medical dependency β 3. Financial debt β cyclic subservience.
True freedom and collective healing demand mass withdrawal of consent, local self-sufficiency, and unified, sovereign community building. This requires serious action on our parts. Demanding change from local systems. Applying these changes in our homes and lives. Not accepting excuses tailored for control.
Remember, Jeff Bezos can rent out an entire city because of his money and exploitative greed, we allow that. We are starting to see that. The actions will require more than posters. More than calls. It takes real change in what we do and how we act every day.

Call to Action
Rebuild from soil to your soul. From the food, to the smell of ghe earth, to playing in the rain. Reconnect. Choose sovereignty over fear. Step into your passions and powers. Heal the earth and each other. Speak and live the unfiltered truth. True freedom is calling if you’re brave enough to start acting. Stop being complacent and start trying to find true comfort instead of the lie.
Go on a hike, be nice to someone, help a stranger, pick up trash, start planting your own garden, read more books, and learn to discern truth from illusions. If you don’t know what else to do from there, ask.
